Explore Zambales – A paradise in every aspect

If you’re looking for a vacation that will make you feel like you’ve been lifted up by the power of the sun, then I’m here to tell you it exists. Explore Zambales now!

I’m not talking about a cheesy uplifting trip where your life is filled with spiritual enlightenment and positive thinking—I’m talking about something way more real.

And let me tell you: these are some of the most transformational experiences of my life.

They changed me—not just my attitude or outlook on life but also my very being. I can say with confidence that these places have changed me for good.

I had the pleasure of traveling to Potipot Island, Zambales for a week-long vacation last May. The island is home to Crystal Beach Resort and Anawangin Cove.

Nagsasa Cove is a small cove located on the northern tip of Zambales. It is a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy beautiful waterfalls, crystal clear waters, and lush vegetation.

Silanguin Cove is an excellent spot for swimming or snorkeling when you’re tired of swimming in the open sea. It’s also nice to check out Silanguin Cove if you’re looking for something different from your usual beach activities.

Talisayen Cove is another good place to visit when you’re tired of swimming in the open sea or if you want to go kayaking or canoeing through the mangrove forested area beside Talisayen Cove.

Capones Island is one of my favorite places on Zambales because it has beautiful white sand beaches with lots of Mangrove trees surrounding it which makes it a very peaceful and serene place, especially during sunset time when it gets quiet as there are no sounds coming from anywhere around them but they can still hear birds chirping away in their nests nearby happily enjoying their existence.

The first thing you’ll notice is that this place is unlike any other.

No matter how many times you come here, there are always new sights to see and new adventures to be had. The crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and just soaking in the beauty of the place.

The best part about coming here is that it’s a great base to explore other islands nearby. You could spend your time at one of the many beaches on these islands (like Nagsasa Cove or Talisayen Cove), or you could head out into the ocean and explore more of the area.

If you’re journeying on a budget, right here are a few Zambales seashore locations to consider. Many of those may be loved even in case you’re on an afternoon trip. Some permit camping. Some don`t permit a single day remains at all. We additionally related to split pages wherein you could get extra info.

Potipot Island

Before the seashores of San Antonio were “rediscovered,” there has been Potipot Island in Candelaria, a mystery that became acknowledged handiest to 3 travelers. Potipot Island is privately owned, however, it`s one of these islands you need to go to search for a little peace of thoughts or only a quiet, extra intimate second with nature.

How to get right here: Hop right into a Victory Lines bus to Sta. Cruz (P450) and get off in Uacon, Candelaria. Then, the tour via way of means of tricycle to the port going to Potipot (P15) and lease a ship to the island (P400, as much as four pax).

If you want an extra snug location to spend the night, you could test in at a close-by resort: POTIPOT GATEWAY RESORT.

Crystal Beach Resort

I’ll allow my teammate Karlo Jose Pineda to describe the location: “If you’ve ever studied a listing of the pleasant surf spots withinside the Philippines, possibilities are, Zambales may be featured. And as quickly as we stepped out to put together our browsing instructions, I understood why. The sea made huge, rolling waves with flawlessly curled tips, like the ones I favored to attract in blue crayon once I became a kid. It became breathtaking.”

Crystal Beach Resort, in San Narciso, gives browsing instructions with Quiksilver Surf School for P400 step with hour, which includes the surfboard, rash guard, and Quiksilver instructor`s fee.

For non-surfers, Crystal Beach has something for you too. It’s one of these hotels wherein “you’ve got got the seashore nearly to yourself; its cleaner, and also you don’t have to speak to each person in case you don’t need to. You can simply take a seat down beneath neath an open hut and pay attention to the rain`s pattern on the roof at the same time as you study a terrific book, or pay attention to your favored Spotify rest playlist.”

Anawangin Cove

Over the beyond few years, Anawangin Cove has captivated extra visitors, who had additionally sparked a developing hobby in close seashores. Almost in an instant, the village of Pundaquit has converted from a sleepy fishing village right into a vacation town.

But tourism isn’t the handiest component that modified it. When Mt. Pinatubo erupted in 1991, it dumped heaps of ash onto the shore of San Antonio. What was a rocky coast has become a supple, shining piece of paradise that appears to have popped out of a loopy seashore-lovers fantasy. Over time, Agoho trees (sea pine trees) started out developing on its ashen slopes, growing a surreal Boracay-meets-Baguio landscape.

How to get there: Ride a bus to Iba or Sta. Cruz, Zambales and get off on the San Antonio Public Market close to the Municipal Hall (P270-300). Alternatively, you could tour via way of means of a bus to Olongapo and any other bus to San Antonio, and get off on the identical market. Look for a tricycle to take you to Pundaquit (P60 in step with 2 pax)

No matter what kind of adventure you’re looking for, Zambales has something for you!
